Vegetarian Ramen Broth

Ingredients

  • 6 Sun Dried Dried Tomatoes

  • 6 Shiitake Mushrooms

  • 1 Chopped Leek

  • 1 Potato

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Carrot (Optional)

  • 3 inch ginger finely chopped

  • 10 gm Sea Weed or 2 Sheets

  • 3 L Water

  • 1/2 TBSP Salt


Recipe

  1. Add everything to 3L of boiling pot of water

  2. Boil the pot for 10 mins

  3. Simmer the heat to low-medium for the 50 mins

  4. Take out Shiitake Mushrooms (Can be used later for Pickled Shiitake Mushrooms)

  5. Blend everything to a thick consistent broth
