Vegetarian Ramen Broth

Ingredients
6 Sun Dried Dried Tomatoes
6 Shiitake Mushrooms
1 Chopped Leek
1 Potato
1 Onion
1 Carrot (Optional)
3 inch ginger finely chopped
10 gm Sea Weed or 2 Sheets
3 L Water
1/2 TBSP Salt
Recipe
Add everything to 3L of boiling pot of water
Boil the pot for 10 mins
Simmer the heat to low-medium for the 50 mins
Take out Shiitake Mushrooms (Can be used later for Pickled Shiitake Mushrooms)
Blend everything to a thick consistent broth
