Simple Seaweed Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Sheets of Seaweed

  • 1 - 2 Spring Onion Greens

  • 1/4 Cup Scallions

  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce

  • 1 TBSP Rice Vinegar

  • 1 TBSP Mirin (Can be substituted with sugar, igf unavailable)

  • 1 TBSP Vegetable Oil

  • 2 TBSP Sesame Oil

  • 1 pinch of Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 TBSP Sesame Seeds

  • Salt


Recipe

  • Slowly rinse and soak Seaweed until it grows 5x the volume and its tender

  • Add everything in a bowl, toss and serve

  • Goes well with lightly salted/soya based Sticky Rice
